All orders ship via the United States Postal Service.  

Shipping Notice:  We are experiencing an unusually high volume of business due to Covid 19, rioting, and political uncertainty.  Please allow 7 days, not including weekends, to process, pick, pack, and ship orders.  If you cannot wait this long for your order to ship, please do not order.  We are working non stop to stay on top of things.  The United State Postal service is experiencing some delays, it is not consistent across all lanes and regions but please allow extra time for packages to move through their system.  Please be aware of this prior to ordering, DO NOT ORDER IF YOU CANNOT ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR PROCESSING AND DELIVERY.

With regards to shipment tracking:  A number of customers have told us they do not get the automated tracking email that is generated the moment we produce a label for your package.  Please be aware that this automated email can end up in your spam folder as it looks very generic/automated.  If you track your package and it says that a "label was generated, awaiting acceptance"  be advised that the package has left our facility.   We do not hold packages here once a label is made for the package.  We deliver over 100 pieces per day on pallets, the local postal hub will not tear down the entire skid and scan each package individually for an acceptance scan, this usually happens at the sort center the following day once it has arrived there.  If you received a tracking email, your order shipped, no exceptions.  We've seen quite a few packages never be scanned once until it is scanned delivered on the customers porch, this is not uncommon in these times.  Please be patient with the Postal Service, the volume of mail order in every industry is unprecedented right now.
